Gøbel Consult is a Danish firm of consultants dedicated to the development of companies and individuals.

Gøbel Consult design and implement development PROCESses - often of a more long-term character - that promote commitment, create challenges, have a lasting effect and, first and foremost, lead to the necessary results.

These processes can only succeed if they are carried out in close cooperation with management and employees.

Our precondition is that there must be an open dialogue, adequate information and cooperation at all levels of the company. We regard this as the only way of ensuring that the individual manager and employee can take his or her share of the responsibility for the development of the company and the individual.

Development has to do with INNOVATION, i.e. renewal, improvement or rejuvenation.

Gøbel Consult only takes part in development projects in which management and employees share a common interest in goal-oriented development.
