Gøbel Consult always takes the initial contact to the client. As a result of the introductory design phase, which is carried out in close collaboration between the client and Gøbel Consult, a clear picture emerges of the consultants who will be involved during the course of the project.

The way the project will be run is confirmed in a so-called master plan. Given the reservations that should be included in a master plan, this means that the project may change character during its course so that the combination of consultants will/should also be changed.

We have entered into collaborative agreements with several independent management and development consultants.

Over and above this we collaborate with a number of management consultants under the auspices of DMR. We refer readers to their respective websites.

This makes us exceptionally well equipped in relation to the so-called "soft disciplines" (management counselling and the design of organisation development processes).
