Organisation development
We analyse existing structures, working procedures and relations - a so-called cultural analysis. Retain the best and replace what is inappropriate with suggestions as to how working procedures can be made more efficient and how the organisation can be further developed - including suggested new forms of cooperation.
Over and above the detailed mapping out of the company culture through relevant studies, work is also carried out to formulate and realise the company's basic values.
Last, but not least, we make sure that the organisation itself is capable of continuing the development agreed on - in other words the underlying principles of the learning organisation are included as important elements in the arrangement of our organisation development projects.
