The client is involved in this analysis from the initial work of development. How sustainable is the company's present strategy?
The next step is to design a picture of the future. The future conditions for competition are defined. A creative process in a close interplay with the client. A vision and a series of goals will be the results of the picture of the future. These are subsequently made more realistic and concrete by creating plans of action for an agreed period.
